Access India has an office based in Delhi, India where approximately twenty project managers and staff are based. Access India is part of the Falcon Business Group (Falcon) in India. Mr. Sooraj Dhawan has over twenty years of industry experience in planning India market strategies and offers a seamless connection to hundreds of senior executives all over India. Sooraj is the lead advisor to the EEPC (formerly known as the Engineering Export Promotion Council); Pharmexil (Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council) and IEEMA (Indian Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers Association). He is an Honorary Director of Indo-Danish Business Association. He is also on the Executive Board of Indo Arab Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Indo African Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Sooraj has established India Representative offices for leading International organisations. These include the Singapore Tourism Board, Copenhagen Capacity and InfoComm Asia Pte Ltd
Sooraj also heads the International business development of Knowledge Partners (KP), a network of highly qualified and experienced academicians and academic administrators who have come together to provide holistic services for development of the education sector in India. KP’s consultants are networked extensively with academicians from well-known academic institutions, experienced professionals from the industry and academic administrators including heads of universities and other large institutions; research organizations, Ministry of Human Resource Development of the Government of India, education departments of several states in India, and central regulatory agencies like the University Grants Commission, All India Council for Technical Education, and the Medical Council of India.

Mr Neeraj Dhawan has over 19 years of professional experience on project execution under strict cost control parameters and stringent quality norms with Confluence Turnkey Projects (Confluence). Confluence in the area of architecture, design and planning is a “turnkey solutions” services provider. Services range from conceptualizing design supported by an in-house design studio, to executing the construction on site by the site team and to handing over the site to the client as a “finished product”. Confluence projects span from creating shops for telecom companies to large hyper marts exceeding 65000 square feet. Confluence have developed a special competence in the area of “Green Architecture” infusing energy conservation methods into projects by employing various techniques. Some of them include daylight factor analysis, waste water management, biomass to reduce demand on cooling, energy efficient passive and active cooling, and optimum management of waste
Neeraj is a Director of the Falcon Business Group including Falcon Exhibitions that offers a well-established platform for international exhibition organisers.
Neeraj has extensive experience in sports marketing and activation. He was the driving force behind SCORE, India’s first sports marketing firm. SCORE’s skill sets covered: integrated marketing and communication, athlete management, sports related design and events.
Neeraj has a Post Graduate from Delhi University specialising in International Marketing.

Ms. Natasha Malani is an experienced Project Manager specialising in international trade with India. Natasha is the former General Manager of the Australia India Business Council. During this time, she secured strategic partnerships with key public and private sector organisations in Australia and India
Natasha is also the former President of the Australia India Business Council of South Australia. In this leadership role she made a significant contribution to delivering economic benefits to South Australia. She regularly contributes to key strategic discussions with government and private organisations about opportunities in India. She is a former Board Member of the Council for International Trade and Commerce SA.
Natasha has extensive networks in the Corporate and Government sectors in Australia and India. Her skills in leadership, decision making, problem solving and strategic direction have contributed to her ongoing success in local business and in International Trade relationships across a wide range of industries.
Natasha is the Managing Director of South Australian Leaders, a leadership program for CEO’s of emerging and established companies in South Australia.
Natasha is a former elected Council member for the City of Adelaide having being elected in 2010 and 2014 for two four-year terms. Natasha has also held the position of Deputy Lord Mayor in 2014-2015.

Mr. Steven Langley is an experienced International B2B Business Development professional with a strong record of introducing innovative products to new markets and building up both direct revenues and effective distribution channels.
Steven has more than 30 years of diverse international experience in Oz/NZ, UK, EU, India, China, North & South America. He has an international MBA from HEC (Paris) and ESADE (Barcelona) and speaks English, French and Spanish.
Steven has extensive experience in selling technology solutions into large global Corporates (eg BHP, Rio Tinto, Veolia, Siemens, Honeywell).
Steven has been working in the Indian market since 2013 and has won contracts up to $50m with organisations such as Indian Railways.
